This is definitely a favorite and very filling to say the least. Try this one an empty stomach and you'll be sure to only have two meals a day.
Ingredients:
- 2 cups of spinach
- 1/2 inch ginger or turmeric root
- 1 banana
- 1/2 cup of oats
- 1 teaspoon of maple syrup
- 1 cup of coconut milk
Instructions:
1. Peel and chop the ingredients.
2. Put everything through a blender or NutriBullet
3. Top off with any remaining oats if preferred
