Immune Booster Smoothie Bowl

These smoothie bowls are definitely a fun one for the kids, and some would say it even taste like apple sauce. They're packed with nutrients to fight off the cold/ flu and look good too!


Ingredients:

- 1 carrot

- 1 orange

- 1 cup of coconut milk or apple juice

- 1 apple

- 1 kiwi

- 1 teaspoon of apple cider vinegar

- Hemp seeds (for topping)


Instructions:

1. Peel and chop the ingredients

2. Put everything in a NutriBullet or Blender of choice
